Orders and delivery

How far ahead should I order?

At least a week. That leaves time to check the contents and top up anything missing. We cannot guarantee delivery by a fixed date.

Do you ship abroad?

Not yet. Switzerland and Liechtenstein only.

Is delivery free?

On orders over CHF 100. Below that it costs CHF 8.90.

Can I change my order after paying?

Email order@abc-office.ch straight away. If the parcel has not left, we will sort it out.

Products

Do you sell prescription medicines?

No. Everything we sell is available without prescription. For prescription medicines, see your doctor or a pharmacy.

Can I take these in cabin baggage?

Liquids are limited to 100 ml per container. Sharp items, scissors and tweezers in particular, usually travel in checked baggage depending on your airline. Check before you fly.

What about expiry dates?

We ship items dated far enough ahead for normal use. Check on arrival and tell us if anything is wrong.

Can I buy kit contents separately?

Yes, most items are sold individually in their category.

Health and advice

Which vaccinations do I need?

We do not give individual vaccination advice. Recommendations depend on your itinerary, the season, your age and your health. Consult your doctor or a travel vaccination centre, and check official sources.

Do your destination guides replace medical advice?

No. They describe general precautions and the categories of product travellers usually pack. They are neither a diagnosis nor a prescription.

I take medication — can I use your products?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist. We cannot assess interactions with an existing treatment.

Payment and invoices

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, attached to your confirmation email, with VAT shown separately. A download link is included too.

Are my card details stored?

No. They are entered with Stripe and never pass through our servers.

How quickly do you reply?

Usually within one working day.
